Clean place, and the staff was cool during check-in and check-out, which was awesome. the restaurant here serves tasty international dishes. It's a chill spot, highly recommend it! 🌟.

Truly enjoyed the way our tidy and airy standard king room with balcony was. The location to the water park opposite was top and quiet.

Everything was really good, very friendly staff, splendid views over Ptuj castle and surroundings. My great-sized and well soundproofed room had air conditioning, a mini-bar, and television. The property's location is wonderfully quiet and conveniently close to a fantastic water park that guests can enjoy, as well as a lovely hill and restaurant. the units are spacious and airy, which adds to the comfort. the staff were exceptional and efficiently managed the parking onsite. Thank you for a great stay; we would absolutely love to return!

I loved the location. The friendly staff and their attitude. So close to the airport, 9 miles. The pool was a delight...

the hotel being modern has a very nice spa area and the rooms are light, friendly and clean. the beds are very comfortable. parking is free and ample. the hotel is spacious with nice areas to relaxe and enjoy a cup of tea.

what I found strange was that you have to buy your own nuts when having a drink at the bar. for a four star hotel that is very strange. normaly when you have a drink at the bar you get nuts and chips free of charge. the other problem is the air conditioning in the room. it cannot be turned off during night and makes an unpleasant and strange noise. the dinning room looks a little bit unfriendly and cold, not very cosy and the food needs improvement.

The staff was helpful at both check-in and check-out. the breakfast was generous and rich, with tasty food like hot waffles, pastries, pancakes, and eggs available. the location on the hill was top-notch, allowing us to walk everywhere.

Everything: Great surroundings, free WIFIand pool, great breakfast, excellent room, great value for money

No one that it can help (i.e. reaching the hotel without a car is rather an issue)

The location is excellent, with a pleasant walk along the River Drava and a pedestrian bridge nearby, and the room is spacious.

The hotel is nice in a good location. Rooms are specious, comfortable and well presented. The breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of food. We enjoyed the beautiful spa facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend tis hotel.

Well located on the lake

Very very sad ,poor service It is not a five stars hotel !! 200 euro for a convenient room on the road ! Decoration is old fashioned and sad .Need to be renovated !!

Great location for checking in as you can relax in a cafe. the economy double room has a bathroom with a tub, a beautiful view, and a spacious terrace to enjoy. 🌅.

a nice an modern hotel, spacious rooms and one of the nicest wellness areas in Slovenia with a large pool and many other treatments at very fair prices

the lunch buffet is not very good. the salad, fruit and dessert are not fresh or ripe. needs urgent improvement. also the breakfast buffet could do with a better orange juice and a better choice of breads

The bedroom was pretty nice. the breakfast was generous and varied with very good bread. the location is unbeatable, next to a level footpath along the River Drava and a pedestrian bridge, as well as the water park opposite.
